A Manhattan man is under arrest after allegedly having sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl in line for a ride at Six Flags Great Adventure.

An announcement from the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office didn't specify the nature of the sexual contact, but said it was reported by the girl and witnesses, who told authorities the incident took place Sunday afternoon. The girls and Lacy had been in line for Batman: The Ride at the time.

Later that day, Ocean County Prosecutor’s Special Victims Unit Det. Lindsay Woodfield and Jackson Township Police Det. Mitch Cowit arrested Ronnie U. Lacy, 21, charging him with criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child, the prosecutor's office said.

Ocean County Superior Court Judge Wendel Daniels set bail at $100,000 no 10% and imposed the conditions of Nicole’s Law, which bars contact with the victim. Lacy has been lodged in the Ocean County Jail in default of bailm the prosecutor's office said.
