Federal prosecutors say 50-year-old Carl Tullis III, of Plainfield, received a 121-month sentence on Wednesday. He also must pay restitution of $8,000 to each of two victims and will have to register as a sex offender.

Tullis had pleaded guilty to distributing child porn, admitting that in March 2011 he made the child porn videos and images available for others to download via a peer-to-peer, file-sharing network.

A subsequent search of Tullis' computers and computer accessories revealed that he had 1,634 images and 1,420 videos of child sexual abuse. Many of the images and videos involved sadistic or masochistic conduct and bestiality, while others involved infants.
