Man found dead, slumped over fence in Jersey city

A man was found dead, slumped over a fence in Jersey city Tuesday, NJ.com reports.

The report quoted Hudson County Assistant Prosecutor Gene Rubin saying the death is not considered suspicious. The man died not have any identification on him and has not yet been identified, according to the report.

The man was estimated to be in his 40s.
