Monmouth County prosecutors tell the Asbury Park Press that Thomas Sudano Jr. of Brick died Tuesday, three days after he was assaulted in Asbury Park.

Officers responding to a 911 call found Sudano around 12:30 a.m. Saturday. But further details on the incident and his injuries were not disclosed.

Spencer Young, a 19-year-old Asbury Park resident, was arrested Tuesday night on a robbery charge and may face further charges. His bail was set at $250,000.
