Man arrested after displaying X-rated material to a child
A 60-year-old Red Bank man was arrested Monday after allegedly showing pornography to a child at a Barnes & Noble bookstore.
According to an article on app.com, Kevin Donohue was taken into custody after the Holmdel Commons bookstore manager called police at 3:31 p.m. Monday. The manager told authorities that the suspect displayed the X-rated material to a child.
Donohue has been charged with distributing obscene material to a minor as well as endangering the welfare of a child while having legal duty or assumed responsibility over the child.
The suspect is being held $50,000 bail at Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold.
