Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno, who pushed me adopt a New Year's resolution and helped me create #BlueFriday to honor NJ's police officers, joined me in studio today.

Today, Guadagno reminded me that as we head into a weekend with a huge storm looming, we should  we also need to honor all those preparing for the snow. There are thousands of Police, EMT's, first responders, first aiders, OEM's and cabinet members that aren't planning on getting much if any sleep over the next few days until the storm is long gone.

When I asked the Lt. Governor if she and NJ were prepared for the worst with this storm, she responded by saying that they were prepared for most but there is one X-factor that worries here more than much else.

"You always plan for the worst. But I'll tell you what I'm worried about. I'm worried about people getting into their cars tomorrow morning. Everybody knows its going to snow tomorrow. Why are you driving tomorrow? There's just no need. Unless you absolutely can't get it done today, there's just no reason to be out tomorrow morning. Sleep in!"

In the clip below, Lt. Governor Guadagno and I discuss how state workers should prepare for work this weekend and what considerations come with a state of emergency, if NJ does decide to declare that.
