The weekend forecast worked out reasonably well, although there were not too many showers or thunderstorms around yesterday daytime.

That changed late in the day when there were some nasty showers and storms that produced some flooding downpours, particularly in North Jersey.

High temperatures today should make the 80s without a problem.  Any leftover early showers or thunder before 7 or 8 o'clock will be moving out.  We should be rain-free the rest of the day with lowering humidity and a pretty comfortable afternoon, although it'll be in the warm low to middle 80s.

Temperatures tonight will fall through the 60s and some 50s, no question about that.  In fact, there may even be some 50s scattered around, some upper 50s in the Pine Barrens of South Jersey.  It will probably be more like the mid to upper 60s along the beach and boardwalk.

Lots of sunshine for tomorrow.

To start off with Wednesday, there will be sunshine, although clouds may be increasing. Humidity levels will be very low tomorrow, but come up a bit for Wednesday.
