Local New Jersey Politics At Its Finest [Video]

The incoming president of the Dumont Borough Council got into it with the newly elected mayor last night at a meeting which devolved into a shouting match.

Kenneth Freeman went so far as to accuse mayor James Kelly (pictured above) of trying to wrangle a quid pro quo deal to buy Freeman's vote in exchange for letting his name out of a lawsuit. The thing got so ugly at one point the mayor breaks his gavel slamming it so hard. Here's the full story and a video below.
