LINDEN — Police are seeking the public's help identifying a man they say robbed the A1 Deli & Subs earlier this month.

The robbery happened on March 8 when police say the man pulled out a black handgun after entering the store and told an employee to get on the ground. The suspect then took money from the register and left on Roselle Street, police said.

According to police, the suspect is described as being a black man between the ages of 20 and 25, and standing between 5 feet, 3 inches and 5 feet, 5 inches tall. He was wearing a green hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans at the time of the robbery.
