You have to give credit where credit is due. When people will do whatever it takes to fight for what they think is right, sometimes it pays off, even when it takes driving more than 100 hours and 5,000 miles to do so.

That's exactly what one Kentucky grandma did to fight a ticket. Linda Farley, a 62-year-old Kentucky grandmother drove her 'Liberty Van' all the way to New Jersey, "four or five times" to fight an obstructed view summons.

While the judge didn't agree with Farley's custom decorating on her 2004 Nissan Quest, which includes hundreds of bumper stickers and snow globes, the judge did say that the statute under which the trooper wrote the ticket did not address the concerns of the most obstructed spots on her 'liberty van.'

After 4 or 5 trips back to the Garden State, Farley beat the $56 ticket.

Do you think Farley's 'Liberty Van' is a hazard?
