The movement to make marijuana legal for all, has decided to run an ad in a high profile place.The Marijuana Policy Project bought an ad on the jumbotron at the 2013 Brickyard 400 in Indianapolis spoofing beer commercials touting how marijuana is the "new beer" with "no calories," "no hangovers," and "no violence."

Mason Tvert, who created the spot and who is a spokesman for the Marijuana Policy Project, tells USA Today  the spot was purchased for a "non-profit" rate of $2,200 on a budget of $350.
