There's nothing like a nice bowl of soup waiting when you come in from the snow. My personal favorite is chicken escarole. You can learn to cook my chicken escarole soup by reading the post below.

First, I start out by frying some garlic in olive oil. Then I add cut up chicken and some basil, oregano, garlic salt and pepper. I also add a cup of salted almonds either bar-b-q or bold wasabi. After it cooks for about 20 minutes, I add 2 cans of chicken broth and 2 cans of water using the chicken broth can.

While that’s cooking, I thoroughly wash the escarole and then break it into little pieces and add it to the soup. Last, but not least, I throw in a can of white kidney beans and let the who thing simmer on low for an hour. Nice!

This is a also a great low calorie filling snack which tastes great while you’re watching television. What’s your favorite soup?
