The Assembly's State and Local Government committee's hearing is scheduled for Monday morning.

Some members of the committee are upset about how the administration has responded to a March 2013 law requiring independent monitors to oversee Sandy projects that cost more than $5 million.

So far, the Legislature has not received any of the quarterly reports called for in the law.
