Ocean County prosecutors announced Tuesday that 33-year-old Kenneth Staunton of Lacey had entered his plea. They will seek an eight-year sentence when he's sentenced in January, and Staunton remains jailed on $250,000 cash bail.

Staunton was charged in the Jan. 16 drug-induced death of Raymond Farino of Lacey, who was found inside his family's Lacey home.

Investigators found Farino had several wax paper folds containing white powder and stamped "IL CAPO" in green letters. They say that provided a direct link to Staunton as the dealer who supplied Farino.
