The only people who know what the future of Kyleigh's Law will be are in the Supreme Court. The NJ Supreme Court heard the arguments for both sides of the red sticker law which requires new drivers to place the sticker on the car to help police monitor their behavior.

The argument against Kyleigh's law says that the red sticker violates privacy laws. Many parents fear that this makes their young drivers, especially young females, will make them easy targets for sexual predators.
