Jwoww Issues Apology For Comment About Chris Christie [VIDEO]

Jennifer “Jwoww” Farley has apologized for her comment about New Jersey Governor Chris Christie was caught on tape by TMZ and injected herself into the gay marriage debate.

As the pair were leaving the Boa Steakhouse on the Sunset Strip on Monday night a TMZ reporter asked what they thought of Christie calling himself a “fighter” during an interview on CBS’ Sunday Morning.

“He’s retarded,” replied Jwoww mid question. “He’s a disgrace to New Jersey, just like we were.”

On her Twitter feed on Tuesday morning,  Farley apologized for her “choice of words but I do not apologize for how I feel towards him.”

Farley said she was “caught off guard last night and said things I normally don’t say. I find it disgusting people are still against gay marriage.”

“So because of that I called chris (sic) Christie a name which wasn’t appropriate. I do find him disgusting and judgmental. I’m for gay equality,” she tweeted.

Jwoww was in the audience of Dancing With The Stars Monday night as Snooki competes on the ABC show.

Christie has called the show “bad for New Jersey” because of the partying and bad behavior shown on the show.  Polizzi later posted a picture of their meeting on the boardwalk on her Instagram page captioned it, “Getting told why we are bad for jersey. Snookie got into it on Twitter over Christie’s perception of the pair. “He hates you because you’re rude and disrespectful” to which Snooki responded, “And you know me personally to say that? WRONGO.” She added,
