Jury To Get AC Fatal Casino Carjack Case Friday
Jurors will begin deliberations Friday in the case of a man who was carjacked from the garage of an Atlantic City casino, stabbed to death and dumped in the woods.
Craig Arno of Atlantic City is charged with murdering Martin Caballero of North Bergen in May 2010.
Prosecutors say Arno and his then-girlfriend, Jessica Kisby, followed the man into the garage of the Trump Taj Mahal, carjacked him and took him to a rural area about 20 minutes away where they stabbed him to death, then used his ATM card to withdraw money from a bank.
Kisby pleaded guilty to murder in February and agreed to testify against Arno, who maintains he had nothing to do with the killing.
He does, however, acknowledge he set fire to Caballero’s SUV.
