Everyone knows that New Jersey is almost a police state. There's always someone in charge, looking over your shoulder to see what you're doing wrong, making sure you stop doing it by all means necessary.

Whether it's by fining you, restricting you, summonsing you, or (Jerseys favorite), taxing you. In New York City, it's a different story. You can get away with stuff there you can't get away with here. Because New York.

They've got more important fish to fry there than people blatantly ignoring "don't _________ here!" Signs. A recent night out in the Big Apple had me noticing the striking difference. And it was kind of...refreshing.
