Judi Franco finally reveals her Caesar dressing recipe
Every single time we talk about food and what we cook, people write or call and ask for the recipes. For some reason, I always get requests for this Caesar dressing. I always forget to post it but today I got an email saying ,"You always say you're gonna post the Caesar recipe and you never do!" (Talk about a guilt trip! What are you? My mother?)
I think people want it because it's easy. Most Caesars are a pain in the butt to make, especially the truly authentic ones with the raw egg and all.
This one is a light version, can be made non dairy, has the perfect amount of zing, and any idiot can whip it up in a minute. Plus, everyone loves it.
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 Tb Dijon mustard
- 3 Tb apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tb Worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 Tb mayo
