My partner Dennis isn't the only one who can cook around here, you know. I do a lot of cooking myself and here's a dish I just had to share!

With the summer season starting, everyone looks to eat a little lighter and some folks want alternatives to meat in their meals. I got creative and using some of my favorite Blue Apron ingredients, I made this great meal you see above.

It's spinach pesto gnocchi with sautéed asparagus and brown butter. This is a great summer dish you can enjoy for a light dinner or bring it to your next barbecue as a healthy alternative. You're gong to absolutely love it!
