This video is absolutely touching. Judge, a German Shepherd is a retired police dog in New Jersey who received the ultimate honor from the Woolwich Police Department.

Corporal Michael Franks made the heartbreaking decision to put Judge down after Judge's health slowly deteriorated due to Cushing's disease. Franks and Judge had partnered together since 2007 with Judge being deployed over 280 times and assisting on 152 arrests.

Judge was given one last bite as Franks gave Judge the protective arm gear they use to train police dogs. Judge walked with it in his mouth past members of the force, being saluted in a guard of honor formation as he left the station.
