Jim Gearhart Discusses DUI Bill with Attorney Matt Reisig

This morning, Attorney Matthew Reisig called the Jim Gearhart Show to discuss revisions to a proposed DUI Bill. The bill would require all first time DUI offenders to have an interlocking device installed in their cars. Normally, these devices are only installed in the vehicles of repeat offenders. Defense Attorney Matthew Reisig explained the bill, its revisions, and how it would affect those convicted with a DUI.
