Met game recap live

Chase Utley doesn't exactly have a lot of fans in the New York-New Jersey area — especially after Saturday's controversial slide by the Los Angeles Dodgers second baseman into New York Mets shortstop Ruben Tejada that broke Tejada's leg.

And comic Jim Breuer of Chester certainly isn't among them.

"Chase Utley, you're a pig," Breuer said in a video he posted to Facebook Saturday night. "You're a disgrace to humanity. Tejada, great year. That was a robbery. ... You put him back on second? Who's in New York?"

The play should have never stood, Breuer said: "In football they call that clipping. There's sliding and there's tackling. And then you put the guy back on second? Who's running baseball back in New York?"

Major League Baseball executive Joe Torre will review the slide, which took place during the seventh inning of the Dodgers’ 5-2 win Saturday night as Utley tried to break up a double play at second base, for possible discipline.

The action next shifts to Citi Field in New York for Game 3 Monday, when the Dodgers and Mets next face off for the best-of-five NL Division Series.

"We're not done," Breuer promised. "You just riled us up. You just riled us up. It's going to be the biggest mistake you've ever done. Lets. Go. Mets."

He continued: "He doesn't even get up to see how he is? That's not human. You're a pig, Chase Utley."
