Jersey Man Dies Of Penis Injection – Woman Charged With Manslaughter

Kasia Rivera, 34 of East Orange was arrested and charged with man slaughter and unauthorized practice of medicine today.  The woman allegedly injected silicone into the penis of a 22-year-old man - who wanted an enhancement - and then later died of a blood clot this past May.

The official cause of death was described as "silicone embolism as a result of the injection" by the Essex County prosecutor’s office.

The investigation of  Justin Street’s death continues.  The prosecutor’s office is asking other victims to call their major crime task force at (877) 847-7432.
