Sandusky continues to maintain his innocence and is distraught over the sanctions the NCAA imposed on Penn State’s football program for their handling of the scandal according to his defense lawyer Joe Amendola.

This would be Sandusky’s second book. His first book, which was published in 2001, was titled “Touched: The Jerry Sandusky Story.” The book is an autobiography that chronicles his times as a defensive coordinator at Penn State and his work at the Second Mile Foundation.

Johnstown TV station reports that Sandusky is being helped out with the book, by his wife Dottie. Prison officials at the Centre County Correctional Facility say that Sandusky is no longer on suicide watch and is called a model inmate.
