In her first live performance from Hollywood on a show with the theme "Back to the Beginning," Jax (Jackie Cole) sat at a grand piano and put her own spin on the Beatles classic "I Want To Hold Your Hand" that starting out slowly and then picked up the tempo.

As her parents, John and Jill Miskanic, cheered wildly, the panel of judges was impressed by Jax. Judge Keith Urban said he would have been happy with just the slower version.

"That was so beautiful up there," the country star said.

Jennifer Lopez  told Jax, "You are just as compelling now as the first time you walked in. It was really, really great."

Harry Connick Jr. called her performance "nice work."

"Still feels unreal - I've grown every day, and I'm excited to revisit my audition song," tweeted Jax during the show. "Feeling so blessed right now. My entire body is shaking. Thank you guys for pushing me towards my dream. I never imagined going this far."
