Jacques Catering joined Dennis and Michele in studio today along with two lucky listeners for a special lunchtime show from noon to 1 p.m., complete with a full spread of Jacques' delicious, fresh cooked food.

Yields 10 – 12  Servings

½ onion chopped fine

2 oz sliced Italian pancetta cut into ½ inch cubes

1 tsp fresh chopped garlic

4 oz vodka

1 cup tomato sauce

1 quart heavy cream

1 ½ cooked penne pasta

4 tbls olive oil

Saute onions and pancetta in olive oil until brown.  Add garlic.  Saute until lightly browned.  Take pan off burner, add vodka.  Be careful, Vodka is flammable.  Return to heat, reduce liquid by half.

Add heavy cream and tomato sauce.  Stir constantly.  Bring  a quick boil.

Toss with cooked pasta.
