Is this Margate blue house an eyesore? – Poll

A man in Margate has come under fire from his neighbors for bright lights emanating from his home.

Jack Zoltak has draped his home in blue lights that illuminate the area in blue every night.  Neighbors view it as an eyesore and want him to tone it down.

But if he owns the home, shouldn't he be allowed to decorate it as he sees fit? Are lights on a house really that big of a problem?
