According to a new report, poverty in NJ reached a 52-year high. Dennis and Judi aren't necessarily buying it. Are you?

Are the numbers that politicians like to throw around regarding poverty real or are they meant to scare you?  What number is defined as poverty anyhow? Isn't the real definition of poverty much worse than what it is defined as in NJ?
