Always, the feminine hygiene product, created this video as part of a campaign called #Likeagirl to promote the fact that the phrase should not be an insult to women. The video shows both men and women discussing what they think the phrase "like a girl" means to them.

It's easy to get wrapped up in the political correctness of the video but is this movement for women empowerment really necessary?
