There's another bill working its way to Governor Christie's desk addressing the out-of-control drug epidemic in New Jersey.

Drug addiction has become increasingly worse under Christie's leadership...or lack of leadership. This bill would dedicate funds from seized property to help addicts. But there's a growing number of opponents to the bill.

Retired NYPD detective Joe Giacolone joined me to point out the danger of yet another potentially dangerous 'feel-good' law. As Giacalone points out, many informants already receive compensation for tips. Also, if the state is counting on funds from seizures, Giacalone says that it's a bad idea because you never know from year to year, how much money that will be, if any.

You can listen to the segment with former NYPD detective Joe Giacalone with me from this morning's show in the YouTube clip below.
