A 'Cops in Shops' program recently led to nine arrests in Brick. The program puts undercover police officers inside liquor stores to stop underage kids from buying alcohol.

While the program could be effective at getting young high school kids away from the liquor stores, everyone arrested in this story was over 18 years old, legal adults who could vote and join the military.
