Vivian Stringer stands to earn a $500K bonus if she leads the Rutgers women's basketball team to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament.

Dennis finds it hard to fathom that a college coach, more or less a state worker, could already be making $700K and then have an option for $500K on top of that, just for making the Sweet 16.

According to Dennis, colleges and universities are using an archaic business model that is from the 1900's and it needs to be updated.

Do you agree with Dennis that the problem is larger than just college coaches and faculty making large salaries? Are college degrees worth it anymore?
