An overturned truck still blocks the ramp from Interstate 287 to eastbound Interstate 80 in Parsippany and will likely be there for 6-8 more hours.

The truck, which was carrying 44,000 pounds of yogurt, tipped over this morning at the beginning of the morning commute. In a tweet around 11 a.m. on Wednesday, New Jersey State Police now expect the clean up of the yogurt and the removal of the truck to take until late afternoon.

The driver of the truck suffered minor injuries.

The ramp closure caused delays on southbound I-287 from exit #45 in Boonton to #40 and taking Parsippany Road back to I-80.

Drivers can exit I-287 at #42 and take eastbound Route 46 to I-80.
