The top legislation scheduled to be considered includes; A 2-bill package sponsored by John Burzichelli to prohibit employers and higher education institutions from asking people to disclose their social media user names and passwords; a bill sponsored by Assemblymen Burzichelli, Vincent Prieto and Ruben Ramos Jr. to authorize Internet gaming via Atlantic City casinos; legislation sponsored by Assemblyman Paul Moriarty and Ramos Jr. to prohibit the sending of unsolicited advertising by text messaging; a bill sponsored by Burzichelli and Assemblyw2oman Connie Wagner to authorize placing horse racing wagers using mobile gaming devices at in-state racetracks and; a measure sponsored by Assemblyman Reed Gusciora (D-Mercer/Hunterdon) to establish a police, firefighter and teacher home buying assistance program to encourage them to live in the communities they serve.
