Instagrammers, beware. The social network outlet, recently bought by Facebook, has informed it's users of a new privacy policy that they can not opt out of, unless they delete their account before January 16th. Take a look at the updated terms of use.

Keep in mind that these policies are not supposed to go into effect January 16th, which gives them a little less than a month to change their minds. I'm going to play the waiting game with Instagram. If by January 10th they have not back-tracked and gone in a different direction, my account will be as deleted.
