Inmate Walks Away From Minimum Security Prison

Authorities are looking for an inmate who walked away from a minimum security prison in Trenton.

Eloy Sanchez was serving a one-year sentence at Jones Farm in Ewing for robbery.

Corrections Department spokesman Matthew Schuman tells The Star-Ledger the 27-year-old disappeared after roll call around 6:30 p.m. Sunday.

Schuman says Sanchez was allowed outside for recreational time. He is described as 5-feet, 11-inches tall and weighs 145 pounds.

Prisoners at Jones Farm are considered low security risks. Sanchez was sentenced for 3rd degree terroristic threats and robbery according to WPVI TV.
