Injuries reported in school bus crash on Rt. 22 in Bridgewater

Police are investigating a school bus crash that resulted in injuries on Route 22 in Bridgewater Wednesday afternoon, ABC 7 has reported.

According to ABC 7, the crash occurred just after 3:30 p.m. on U.S. 22 near Grove Street.

"The crash is involving a smaller-sized bus and a car. Both vehicles ended up in the landscaped area between the road and the store," ABC 7 reports.

Authorities have not said how many injuries resulted from the crash or if any are serious. Police had at least one lane of Rt. 22 blocked while emergency crews responded to assist the victims.
