Inbound George Washington Bridge Reopens, Delays Remain

The upper level of the George Washington Bridge has been reopened but a 60 minute delay remains and closures still possible.

NJ Transit reports delays of 15-30 minutes on buses into the George Washington Bridge bus terminal.
