Inbound George Washington Bridge Reopens, Delays Remain
The upper level of the George Washington Bridge has been reopened but a 60 minute delay remains and closures still possible.
The jackknifed tractor trailer at 178th Street at the entrance to the Trans Manhattan Expressway closed the roadway and backed traffic up from all the New Jersey approaches.
