Yes, this actually happened. Philadelphia's Action News (6ABC) had this story and it's getting a lot of attention. One of their viewers was on the Atlantic City Expressway when he saw this moron hanging completely out of the window of an SUV. As you'll see in the video, the shirtless Mensa candidate at times hangs on to the luggage rack with only one hand while pumping his other fist. Because, you know, that's what people ought to do, right?

The guy who took the video says this SUV was doing at least 80 mph. People started immediately calling 911 and the New Jersey State Police went on the hunt but couldn't find the vehicle. They're in the process of examining this video to track down the car and its death defying passenger. If you know who this is, please, turn the jackass in.
