Stonebolt was a Canadian band that started out as (Jersey reference): Perth Amboy. They changed their name, got a record contract and released their eponymous debut album that spawned their only real hit, the song I requested, 'I Will Still Love You.' It was their only Top-40 hit, peaking at #29 in 1978. Their follow up single, 'Love Struck' never got much chart traction, peaking at #70. They never experienced any mainstream success after that. Big Joe must hate Canadians, because he refused to play my request.
