I need to go to Hoboken immediately to try this bagel sandwich the size of a car tire
Is it possible to marry a breakfast sandwich? If so, this may be "the one." At some point between now and as soon as possible, I have to make my way up to O'Bagel in Hoboken to try this monstrosity of a breakfast sandwich. It might kill me, but I know it will be worth it.
The Jumbo Bagel is meant to serve 15-30 people. What goes on it? It depends. You can customize it to your liking, but the one shown in the video looks downright perfect. We're talking over 30 scrambled eggs, pepper jack cheese, pork roll, an army of bacon, jalapenos, homemade Chipotle sauce, and hash browns.
Thrillist says this thing weighs 25 to 35 pounds. I am not foolish enough to think I could eat the entire Jumbo Bagel in one sitting, but I would like to see how far I'd get. After all, there is nothing like a breakfast sandwich, especially one involving pork roll.
