Huge Hillsborough fire: Amazing images of giant blaze, miles of smoke (PHOTOS, VIDEO)
UPDATE, THURSDAY NIGHT: Expect the large Hillsborough fire to still be burning, and Route 206 to be shut down nearby for the morning commute.
The huge fire raging at a former military depot in Hillsborough Thursday afternoon could be seen all around Route 206, and the smoke from it could be seen throughout Central Jersey.
Radar images from the smoke plume show it extended 130 miles away, well over the Atlantic Ocean.
These are just some of the photos and videos of both the blaze and the giant smoke plume, which had reached as far as Monmouth County by 6:30 p.m.
