How to make dough and a Pizza Margherita

You can find pizza dough in most supermarkets today. Look in the frozen food section next to the frozen pizzas, and some even have fresh dough near their prepared foods section. Today I'll show how simple (and cheap) it is to make your own dough and then we'll make a classic "Pizza Margherita".
