When you see roadway signs that say "poor air quality," don't be alarmed! Judi Franco offers you some solutions on how to deal with it if you must go outside on the latest episode of "Judi's Ride Home."

The first thing that comes to her mind when she see's one of those signs was that she wasn't the "best audience for that sign." Her suggestions on things to do when there are poor air quality days include running around in a gas mask, hold your breath, and pack an army cot.
