Feeling more stressed lately than usual? Does your job, family or other factors such as the upcoming holidays all play a part in making you tense? Maybe instead of fighting off the stress, the success to dealing with it is accepting it. According to one amazing speaker, that's the exact remedy on how to relieve yourself of the stress-related feelings.  Psychologist Kelly McGonigal spoke to a group and suggests that maybe the key to dealing with stress is realizing that it is part of life and not necessarily a bad thing. McGonigal urges people to use stress as a positive motivator rather than treating it like a mortal enemy.
