When the music comes out to play this weekend on NJ101.5, the station is highlighting Super Bowl halftime show performers of the last fifty years. (Well, okay, not the marching band crap, you know, the good performers.)

I couldn't be more bored with this year's choice of Coldplay, by the way. I realize music is subjective and they certainly have their fans. I'd rather see almost anyone else. Bring back Bruce. Or give me Kanye West or Macklemore or Arcade Fire or The Black Keys. Hell I think I'd even take Aretha Franklin with a wardrobe malfunction over Coldplay.
