How is Dennis Malloy ‘walking on water?’

Just about every day if the weather permits, I take a walk on a local lake near me. There are no stones near the surface and no submerged bridge.

Sometimes I bring a fishing pole and fish, but sometimes I just like to take a walk on the lake. True. Many times I've had people yell over to me as they canoe by and say, "how did you do that, that is awesome!" See if you can figure it out.
