For the life of me I can't remember what Judi and I were talking about last week that prompted a woman named Bev from Whiting to call. We somehow got on the subject of fitness and getting in shape by Memorial Day Weekend.

I'm hoping to lose 10 pounds by then, but I'm sliding back from my initial progress. So this woman Beverly calls in. Beverly sounds like an old name and there are a lot of senior citizens in Whiting, so when she told me she was a "beach body" coach, I demanded a photo.

Judging by the pictures she sent, she has the credentials to be a Beachbody coach, in my humble opinion. She's an industrious, hard-working young mom who has her own Team Beachbody Coach page that you can check out if you're looking to get in shape for the fast-approaching summer at the Jersey Shore.

It's interesting how with all of the technology out there, you can get tons of fitness tips and routines that not only fit your budget but also your busy schedule. Many people just like Beverly hate going to the gym, it's good to know that there are alternatives to get your body to where you want it to be.
