As the dean of Fluke University, Professor Dennis Malloy gives a class on how to catch summer flounder(fluke) in New Jersey.

There's really not a whole lot to it.  Rent a boat, or take out your own, buy a good fluke rig (viper spoons aren't cheap...but I've seen them out fish the guy next to me), buy some live minnows, follow the other boats and go.  They must be over 18 inches.  Easy to catch and good to eat.  Enjoy and more importantly HAVE FUN!
